White balance

For this photography assignment i used white balance in various ways to show the difference in my photos. White balance affects the way that the photos turn out.For example, if i took a picture in flourescent lighting with auto balance my camera might add a yellowish tint to the picture which would be kind of bad since i didnt want a yellowish tint. so intead i would use a the flourescent white balance setting on my casmera to balance that out. that is what i did for this assignment. I also edited my pictures with photoshop( as you can see above), they consist of black and white photos, photos with a color screen and a self edited picture. i personally didn't like this assignment because i felt like i took all the pictures of random things, thinking that my topic was going to be easier than it is, when in reality the pictures look shoddy because there was not adequate time and consideration put into these photos. i do think that some of the pictures were turned from very bad photos into decent pictures with the help of photoshop.

a day in the life of isabel

my pictures that i chose to take were of my sister, and i think that they are awesome 'cus we went to the park and took some cool pics that turned out great for my PHOTOGRAPHY class with MRS RASKIN.the pictures were taken without a flash and with different iso setting for the different light settings- i used a low ISO for the bright pictures and a hight ISO for the lower pictures. ArTiSt StAtEmEnT

I create art because i can, and it it helps to show your ideas and view points through a different medium. to me art is a way of self expression, like a rain dance, those are amazing!@!!!! I think thats amazxing things inspire me, like a rain dance, because they are so impressive and take years to master your skills. i dont think things that are just thrown together are art, art takes time; like the snow that falls on a roff, it takes time to build up and crush the house, just like a great artist does with their art. Good art inspires me, and i think that good art depends on your opinion. my inspirations are expressed my the subject fo the art. i have made several peices of art that i think are amazing, they are mostly crayon works. this semester i want to take some truly incredibly photos.
